Super Meeting 2025 is almost here — will you be there?

Nexstar members, Strategic Partners, media, employees, and industry leaders will join Nexstar from September 30 – October 3 at the beautiful Gaylord Rockies Resort in Aurora, CO for our biggest event of the year.

With this year’s theme, Own Your Market: Stand Out, Scale Up, and Succeed, Nexstar will bring proven strategies, real talk, and the kind of connections that help our members grow faster and smarter. Attendees will hear from jaw-dropping keynote speakers, learn what’s working now from peers and coaches, and get clear, actionable guidance to help sustain growth – whether owners are gaining traction or scaling fast.

A few highlights include:

Super Meeting 2025 kicks off with momentum: the two-day Strategic Partner Tradeshow opens with an opportunity to connect face-to-face with Nexstar’s valued vendors. From there, the energy builds with a popular, fast-paced 90-to-Connect networking event; one-on-one meetings with coaches and trainers; and we’re honored to have Arnold Schwarzenegger share opening remarks at our Welcome Reception.

Tuesday and Wednesday, attendees can participate in our Strategic Partner breakout sessions, all designed to deliver immediate value:

Wednesday, October 1st is also the first day of General Session. Carey Lohrenz, the first female F-14 Tomcat Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy, opens the mainstage sharing her fascinating experiences operating in one of the world’s most challenging environments. Carey knows about winning under pressure, reducing errors, and overcoming obstacles, and she’s here to help our members and their teams triumph.

Additional inspiring speakers include:

Jay Baer, a noted business growth and customer experience expert, advisor, researcher, author, and analyst, has spent 30 years helping more than 700 of the world’s most iconic brands —including Nike, Oracle, Salesforce, and Bentley — gain and retain customers, and he’s about to help attendees do the same, in his inimitable hilarious style!

Brian Beaulieu, a trusted friend of Nexstar and one of the nation’s most knowledgeable economists, will share important business insights and trend analysis on the future of our industry. Brian has an impressive track record of correct economic predictions.

Attendees will launch in to General Session with keynote Carey Lohrenz!

Blair Enns — founder of Win Without Pitching and the author of three books on selling and pricing for expert advisors and practitioners — will highlight the immense value of meaningful conversations with customers and colleagues and discuss how to build lasting relationships with intention.

Dynamic speaker, author, and CEO of Aegis Performance Group Stacey Cunningham will wow attendees with her mastery of the skills needed to elevate employee engagement, ownership, and performance.

We’ll close out Super Meeting 2025 with former Naval Commander of the USS Benfold (and bestselling author) Mike Abrashoff. Mike will share his real-life Navy turnaround story with compelling leadership lessons. He’ll also present his Leadership Roadmap, which offers clear, battle-tested, and actionable steps that members can implement immediately.
